![]() I do not see a full system resotore as in Norton 2003. ![]() I do not see an option to backup a "windows partition" either to dvd or to another hard drvie partition.ΔΆ. Going back to windows it seems it only did a restore of "my computer" meaning programs files and mail and such. I went to do a resore and it did not see my cd/dvd drive. I did a backup of the complete computer (My Computer) to dvd. I have been playing with True Image also (in the past 24 hours Version 10 I think). Any ideas or tips? Thanks in advance as I am stumped and don't wish to go any further until I am sure I have a good restore backup. I have even tried changing the option of making it in PC-DOS and MS-DOS.still no difference. I have retried making the 98SE boot disk over again, tested it to see if the computer boots (it does) then re-made the Ghost boot disks again. However, when I boot from Ghost floppy #1.it sticks during the boot, just after it reads "looking for boot record from floppy:OK". I used a known good version of Windows 98SE boot disk, and made the two floppies. When using Ghost, (my first time) I understand you need to make the two boot floppies and then burn the info onto the CD-Rs. I attempted trying to make a CD-R back up of the new install before going on, but ran into a problem. I then did a clean install of Norton System works with Norton Ghost included. I've just installed Windows 2000 professional on a friends computer, did all the updates and got it prepped fresh and ready.
